“The last expedition. The mystery of Wanda Rutkiewicz” in Gavirate

Multisala Electric in Gavirate screens the documentary film by the Polish director and climber, Eliza Kubarska, on the life and disappearance of the famous Polish alpinist, Wanda Rutkiewicz. Out in 2024, after gathering awards at international film festivals, the film arrived in the movie theatres in Italy this February. After the movie, the audience will have a unique opportunity to discuss the film with the director, who will attend the screening! 

“The last expedition” is a documentary about the life of Wanda Rutkiewicz, an exceptional alpinist who disappeared in 1992 in Himalaya.
